The incredible third album from Blood Red Shoes – ‘In Time To Voices’
The album bears the hallmarks of the bands incendiary guitars and sucker-punch drums with tracks like first single, Cold and Je Me Perds, which is probably their most ferocious and all-out assault track to date. Then on tracks like Two Dead Minutes, Night Lights and Silence & The Drones, the music becomes more haunting and emotive, with Laura’s delicate and evocative vocal taking the lead. Other stand-outs include Slip Into the Blue, with its Pixies style intro and Steven & Laura effortlessly swapping vocal duties throughout.
